Dear Families,

We had quite a busy week this week as we continue to prepare for the coming of the Lord! Here around the school you can see beautiful signs of Advent everywhere from the trees decorated to symbolize the candles on the advent wreath (thank you Faith Formation Committee), to the poinsettias in third grade and the many Jesse trees in various classrooms. It will certainly be a very different Christmas this year, but one thing will remain the same and that is our focus on the birth of Christ.

Thank you to the families who came out to support the school and Dads’s Club with a trip to Someburros this past Thursday. I think this was the most successful one so far!

On Wednesday we will share the Christmas Program on our YouTube Channel at 6pm. There will be a little surprise that will come home from school that day, as well. We look forward to you sharing some photos of your family watching together! If you are learning virtually you may come on Wednesday between 8:30am and 1pm to pick up your little surprise bag. Home and School was kind enough to provide this little treat! Pull in through the pick up as you do weekly for your supplies and call the office. We will bring it out to you.

Also on Wednesday the candy grams will be delivered and we ask if you want, please feel free to decorate your car with some Christmas cheer! If you are an online student feel free to drive through early so you may get back home to class!

Spirit Week Dress Code:

Monday - Favorite Hat Day with Spirit Shirt and Uniform Bottoms

Tuesday - Christmas Themed shirt or sweater. If you do not have anything specifically Christmas, It may be a green or red shirt with Jean bottoms

Thursday - Students may wear their favorite color shirt with uniform bottoms.

We will have Mass on Friday and the 5th graders will need to be in their Mass uniform.

Looking forward to a busy but joyous week,
