4th Annual Fall Festival

in the designated areas of the OLMC Playground

All OLMC School families are invited to the Fall Festival. This is a safe, community event where children may collect candy from trunks of creatively decorated cars. Concession snacks will be available to purchase.

Family-Friendly Costume Guidelines

  • All children who will participate in the Fall Festival event may dress as their favorite “Good-Guy/Girl” character (i.e. Super Hero, Jedi Knight, Disney Princess, Sports Team Figure, Animal, Saint, Angel, or Religious Figure).
  • Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable, or violent.
  • Costumes may not contain any weapons.

For Safety: We are asking that parents/adults not wear masks that cover the entire face. Adults must be recognized by other adults. No outside food or drink may be brought into the event. Water stations will be set up throughout the venue and snacks will be on site for families to purchase.

Trunk Decoration Guidelines

This is your opportunity to decorate your vehicle for the Fall Festival fun! Be creative as you decorate, but please be sensitive to the age range of our students as well as our Catholic values. Do not make your trunk frightening or gory.

Similar to the Costume Guidelines: Trunk decorations can be simple or elaborate. It’s up to you.

  • Trunk decorations must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable, or violent.
  • Trunk decorations may not contain any weapons.

If decorating a vehicle, please realize that there will be no electricity available.

How it Works: Vehicles will be admitted to the playground starting at 1:30pm on Sat, Oct 19 to set up. The Fall Festival will begin at 3:00pm. A parent must have completed SET Training prior to the event and remain with their vehicle at all times during the Fall Festival (3:00-5:00pm). A parent or guardian must also be with their child during the event. For safety, children who are not members of your family, should not enter your vehicle during the event. If a child is lost, hurt, or in need of help, please contact the nearest staff member so they can assist the child.

Directions: Each vehicle participating will need to have a completed registration form to participate. Click the link below. Forms must be completed by October 12, 2024. You will then receive a confirmation email prior to the event.
