OLMC Application Process

Apply
Parents fill out Inquiry/Application online. Admissions team will responds with an email or call.
- Online application requires families to upload report card, IEP, 504, MET, SSP if they have one.
- New Student testing for Reading & Math: During testing the Special Education team evaluates students' academic ability and behaviors.
- Religious Education: have they received sacraments, or do they need to be caught up?
- Have you been asked to leave a school before? If the student is coming from another Catholic school Dr. Shewbridge calls the principal to discuss.
- Two recommendation letters required for all applicants.
- Family & Student interview with Dr. Shewbridge.
Administration team meets to discuss family, testing, report cards, behaviors and make a decision on acceptance.
Learn about the ESA Scholarship
OLMC recommends all families apply for the ESA Scholarship. The scholarship covers 100% of 1st-8th grade tuition and about 75% of Kindergarten tuition. Learn more HERE.
Notification of Acceptance
You will be notified if your child is accepted or if OLMC needs additional information. If there is no space available in the class, your child will be placed next on the waiting list and you will be notified as soon as a space opens up.
